actually all three are wrong. they have a latex mask they put on first this is what makes them bald. then they apply a blue grease paint which give the blue shinny look. ive seen this behind the scenes Report Abuse

Yes, It is all make-up. They apply it right before every show.
they use masks because if you pay attention... their faces aer awefull shiny for it to be make up!!
