its not that they look ugly. its just that women usually always wear makeup so when you see one without it its quite unusual. and if guys who werent gay wore makeup to make themselves pretty and thhen you saw one who didn't wear makeup, i think i'd consider them ugly.Why do women look ugly without makeup and men dont?
First of all, you're comparing two things that don't actually exist.
I mean that, how many men do you see walking around wearing makeup? It's not a norm for them, who are you to say that if men wore makeup, they would look the same?
In fact, if NOBODY wore makeup, then how would you compare ';ugly'; to ';not ugly';? The sad fact is that men don't have to wear makeup, no matter how uneven their skin tone is or how short and stubby their eyelashes are. Women don't look MORE ugly without makeup - they just look MORE 'beautiful' wearing it, and people just aren't used to seeing a natural regular looking woman.
And besides, plenty of women are absolutely stunning without any makeup at all. You cannot speak for every single woman who doesn't wear makeup. And please, how many girls do you see walking around wearing caked on foundation, too much blush and clownish eyeshadow? Or ones whose eyeliner and eyeshadow is so smudged that it looks like a downright mess? Please don't tell me you don't consider that less ugly than if they just wore no makeup in the first place.
And besides, you don't know how many (straight!) male models wear makeup because they think they look too ';normal'; or ';ugly'; without it.

I don't think women are actually ugly when they don't have makeup. I think girls like makeup b/c it's complimenting and shows their personality. Also it's prob the foundation/coverup your talking about and that does do something weird to the skin that makes it's color change. Men don't wear that, so we're not used to it so they just look normal and it's weird.
It's just how the word ';cat'; would be thought of as crazy if it were really called ';milkshake'; because we're so used to seeing or hearing one thing that meant this or that so if it's image were to change it seem crazy or ugly or whatever. I'm sorry if I'm making no sense lol.

It's because women were introduced to makeup and men weren't. So people try to put an image to girls saying this is how you have to look and if you don't your ugly. When the truth is makeup is dumb. I mean yeah its nice to cover up zits and stuff, but thats how we got zits in the first place. I've worn much makeup over the years thinking thats how guys wanted to see me, but the truth was, they thought I was a slut and didn't want a girl to cheat on them, and I hated people judging a pure girl like me because of my makeup. One day I wore very very little (foundation and mascara) and every guy said I was hot and many asked me out so i started wearing none, and got the same response. So the plain truth is, we are prettier the way God made us, without makeup.
Women do not look ugly without makeup.
After you wear makeup for so long and do not take of your skin, nor does it have time to adjust to light, sun, and so on it becomes blemished, women then use more cover up.
That's because people are so used to seeing women with make-up on that it looks weird when they don't wear it. Also, most make-up clogs your pores and isn't good for your skin.
Because women go through much more crap than men that they age quicker, and there life situations can be seen on there face. Hard life, stress, kids, HUSBAND, etc.
Because women are used to seeing ugly guys all the time. And N E ways all we care about is the size of guys dick.
I think it's just the fact that we are so used to seeing women in makeup.

i think that we are all just used to women with makeup, and that's what we consider pretty.
It's because life is not fair.
Oh and btw, I do know guys who wear makeup
uh no sorry hate to tell you this...but lots of women look pretty without makeup
