Depends what sort of make up and how much of it. Like if they are wearing mascara and lipstick I'd think they were gay but if it was just a tiny bit of concealer to cover up a blemish, I think that's fine.Do you think man who wear makeup are gay?

No i think men are becoming more aware of beauty treatments, and moisturising these days.
just the ones that are. some men look good with makeup. Most actors and other celebrities wear weak up
