Why do men go on about how they want ';naturally beautiful women'; and ';hate girls with makeup';?

The reality is that most women look totally average when not wearing a stitch of makeup....Not like stunning models.


I don't think men understand the pressure we are under.

I don't agree: pretty girls usually look better with light makeup. When girls use too much makeup, men think their are trying to hide some faults. If a man really likes you, he likes your faults too, so don't need to hide them. Plus you can't hide them for long, so it makes no sense to hide them, just be more self-confident and you'lll see no man will argue about your look: I'vee seen ur pics, you look beautiful, no need to worry.

There is no pressure, pressure exists just if you want it exists. It's the fashion system that creates the pressure, and the fashion system is basically ruled by gay men. I'vee had gf's who were used to use zero makeup and got no problem with them, and they weren't models, just normal girls. If you girls relaxed a little, you would discover that most of straight guys don't really look for women constantly worried about their look, but for women who are self-confident and have an amazing personality.Why do men go on about how they want ';naturally beautiful women'; and ';hate girls with makeup';?
With the makeup thing, I kind of feel a bit sorry for the woman in that she has to go through the trouble everyday of applying it on her face. I think that wherever that pressure comes from is unfortunate for the woman who feels she has to obey it. Now I have nothing against makeup or the natural look. I just think that women have enough to worry about without having to look pretty everyday and going through the hassle to effect that. Makeup cannot be cheap, I am sure. The only thing I have against makeup is that after a woman wears it for so long, and one day decides to go without it, her natural face looks pale and unattractive. This is not saying she is naturally unattractive, she could be very attractive without it. But after seeing the same women for months with make up on you get used to that look, and it takes some time to get adjusted to her real face because you haven't seen it in so long as it is less adorned.

i like naturally pretty women. not all look just average without it
if no one ever wore makeup then alot of girls who are considerd ugly would be pretty...why not find a man who loves your REAL face, and not have to worry about what he thinks when u dont have any on
I think they just don't want us to look totally gooped up with the makeup. Light makeup is what they prefer. And I've heard allot that it's a guys pet peeve to kiss or be kissed by a woman with lipstick on. I can understand that part. I try to remember to wipe it off before i kiss my husband.
