Why do some women like men who wear makeup like eyeliners?

I have no clue but I am puzzled so I thought I would put it to a poll.





Eyeliner of a man, does it seem like something a straight man would do, or a homosexual?





No insult intended to anyone, but to the straight men, it does seem a bit odd and I can not ever recall any men who were not flamboyant gays wearing eyeliner. But to each their own.Why do some women like men who wear makeup like eyeliners?
I used to date a guy who wore it...he had really long beautiful hair...it was when Goth was first getting popular.

But! Back to your question...I think the guy may have been borderline gay, or at least bi (for some reason guys like that like me?). Nowadays, unless the guy was a real rockstar, i.e., making at least $100,000 a year from his music, I'd probably find it weird.Why do some women like men who wear makeup like eyeliners?

Some woman find it very sexy. They probably find it sexy because it insinuates the eyes, especially if they already have gorgeous eyes in the first place.


Some woman may also find that it adds a degree of mystery, and a real ';bad boy'; look to the male in question.


Some woman may also find men with dark hair sexy, and generally only dark haired men wear the elusive eyeliner.


Perhaps it is also because the woman likes the shadow it creates around the eye.


These day it is not considered homosexual to wear eyeliner. Many straight men are married, Billy Joe Armstrong for example.


Each to their own, some woman just go nuts for the punk/skater look.


And sometimes they are just MASSIVE Green Day fans, and even got squashed in the mosh pit after lining up for six hour, just to be in the front row and make eye contact with Billy Joe, even if it was only for a split second.
well, i think its only hot if you can work it. like some guys who wear eyeliner makes them look really hot and kinda wild. and then theres other guys who wear eye liner and just look like a complete idiot. lol i guess it just all depends on who :)
