Why is it that men are attractive without makeup and women need makeup to feel attractive?

Just a thought.... Or am I wrong.Why is it that men are attractive without makeup and women need makeup to feel attractive?
Men and women both engage in activities to make them more appealing to the opposite sex. However, attractiveness is directly subject to opinion. Therefore technically, anyone can be attractive to the 'right' person. Women don't NEED makeup to be attractive. Nor does anybody. Again, being attractive is not a fact, it's an opinion.





If a particular women feels that she NEEDS makeup to be attractive, that is purely her own doing. If you truly believe that you are attractive, then you are. Your confidence will show your beauty. For some women, wearing the makeup improves their confidence. But even women who don't 'need' makeup can still enhance their appearance with the proper use of makeup.





Guys don't wear makeup because that's not what society expects (or wants) from them. And most of them want nothing to do with being 'pretty'. That being said however, more men these days are increasingly fashion aware, take better care of themselves and their skin, and some even take their grooming very seriously (manicures, facials, trimmed eybrows etc...).





So guys may not wear makeup, (or need to) but they are doing things to improve their appearance. Even if it seems like they are doing nothing...Why is it that men are attractive without makeup and women need makeup to feel attractive?
Men have the option of facial hair...and the scrub doesn't give them smooth skin anyway....so they don't need it...
Well, it really depends on the man or woman. Some men DO wear makeup (it's actually really common these days) and some women feel completely comfortable bare-faced.
i don't wear that much makeup but i still wear it becuase i'm not used to myself with it so i always do and the other reason i think that women do is becuase they may not feel as confident with them selves.
I don't wear that much make up and my boyfreind said i look gorg. without it. I'm fine with not wearing make up aswell.


Guys often now use creams to make their skin look healthier and also we have grown up to a world that works where the girls wear make-up and are pretty and the guys are just well...guys
your half wrong. some men r butt ugly and maybe a lil makeup would em some good(look freaky but do em good). then ther r the hot men who r hot by just keepin their skin healthy. some women dont need any makeup to look attractive. some women like to enhance their beauty. some r reallly ugly and need a mask to cover their face. j/k but my point is not ALL women need makeup to look attractive. sometimes it just makes them feel better and more confident. not ALL men r attractive period. some r. it just depend on the person your looking at.
